Post your itinerary in the appropriate section. Then, specify your days and the starting/ending point. Put you phone or mail if you want. You can also add preferences like non smoker etc...
Example of a Post:
Hello I am new student at the IDC and live in Tel aviv. I got a car at disposition so If I can help other student, with pleasure.
Itinerary: Tel Aviv (Florentine) > IDC
Days: Sunday (8am), Tuesday (9am), Friday (8am)
Number of places available: 3
Contact: mymail@gmail.com
Details: Non-smoker, would like to share the fuel in the long run
